The company was originally incorporated with The Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh, India on November 19, 1997. as per the provisions of The Companies Act: 1956 under the name and style of “Celestial Technologies Private Limited” vide Company Registration No. 01-28374, subsequently it was converted into a Public Limited Company under the name “Celestial Technologies Limited” and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on December 6, 1999.
